The two parts of the arch, developed from a segment of a circle, face each other, but not to complete the original form. One of the two segments stands upright, the other segment seems to move backwards, to be about to fall. The two arches, which have an elliptical shape, reflect the elliptical shape of the Post Tower, and create a creative, dynamic counterpoint to the static of the building.
